We provide a number of amenities and services to meet your needs. We promise to provide every service with a smile and to your highest level of satisfaction.
Keeping you comfortable & connected
We provide free WiFi in all our rooms and also in some of our public areas to keep you connected. Free parking, including wheelchair-accessible parking, is off-street and right outside your room and if you're travelling with infants, we have free beds or cots for them. Some of our rooms have accessible bathrooms and in-room accessibility and our whole property is smoke-free. For your safety we have smoke detectors in all rooms. Self-service laundry facilities are also available to you along with luggage storage and tour/ticket assistance - and housekeeping is daily.
Checking in
& out
Our front desk is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm every day. We can welcome you into your room between 2:00pm and 9:00pm and we can provide late check-in subject to availability. Our requirement for check-in is that you must be at least 18 years old. When it's time to leave, check-out is before 10:00am.
Communication
Our friendly staff is bi-lingual and fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to provide any assistance you need while you're with us.
